It is very important to remember that everything needs to be written in the third person, for example:
Instead of writing ‘I conclude’ or ‘I think’ you should instead write ‘based on the evidence, it is clear that…’ or something to that effect.
In the introduction, make sure to bring the reader up to date and provide a bit of background information.
Make sure the literature review is of a critical matter and not based on your opinion. Make sure to be very objective with everything I write.
When using Harvard referencing you would never see the full name of the book within the text.
